Digital product policy
LordCheats products are digital software licences. When checkout is active, the buyer requests immediate delivery after verified payment. Activated or delivered digital access is generally final unless a refund is required by applicable law or the circumstances below apply.
Unfulfilled orders
If payment was verified but access was not delivered or activated within the stated delivery period, contact support promptly. We will investigate the payment and either complete delivery or arrange an eligible cancellation/refund through the original payment channel.
Material defect or misdescription
A refund, replacement, or reasonable remedy may be available where the supplied product is materially defective, cannot perform the core function described on the product page under the disclosed requirements, or is materially different from the listing. We may first offer reasonable troubleshooting.
Cases generally not eligible
- Changing your mind after digital access is activated.
- A game publisher restricting or banning an account; that risk is disclosed before payment.
- Failure to meet clearly displayed system requirements.
- Credential sharing, resale, licence abuse, tampering, or violation of the Terms.
- Temporary compatibility pauses caused by a game update where a reasonable update is being prepared.
How to request a review
Contact support@lordcheats.com or use the support form. Include the order reference, product name, purchase email, and a concise explanation. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, or complete card details.
How refunds are processed
For a payment processed through Whop Payments, an approved refund is processed through Whop and returned through the original payment method/payment channel. LordCheats does not ask the buyer to accept an unrelated direct repayment. Bank, wallet, or card processing times can vary.
Fraud, disputes, and chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact support first so delivery or technical problems can be investigated. Nothing in this policy removes a legitimate card dispute right. Fraudulent disputes, false claims, or chargeback abuse may result in account suspension and evidence being supplied to the payment provider.
Mandatory consumer rights
This policy does not exclude refunds, remedies, withdrawal rights, or other consumer protections that cannot be waived under applicable law. Legal entitlement is assessed based on the buyer’s jurisdiction, the product’s delivery status, and the facts of the order.
