Operator and acceptance

These Terms apply to the LordCheats website, customer accounts, and the independently developed digital software licences listed in the catalog. By creating an account or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.

Age and account responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You must provide accurate account information, protect your password, and notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

One customer account may not be sold, shared, transferred, or used to disguise the identity of a buyer.

Independent third-party software

LordCheats is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Facepunch Studios, Valve Corporation, Steam, or any game publisher or platform. Product names identify the intended game context and do not claim ownership of publisher trademarks.

Third-party game utilities may conflict with a publisher’s end-user agreement or game rules. Account restrictions, suspensions, or bans are possible. No product is sold as “100% safe,” permanently undetected, ban-proof, or guaranteed to remain compatible after a game update.

Product information and licence

The product page states the software name, supported platform, price, currency, and access duration. Subject to verified payment, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for the displayed period.

You may not resell, redistribute, publish, reverse engineer where prohibited by law, share credentials or download links, bypass access controls, or use the software for unlawful activity.

Pricing and Whop checkout

Store prices are shown before checkout. Taxes or payment charges, where applicable, are displayed before payment confirmation. Payments are processed through Whop Payments. LordCheats is the supplier of the products; Whop provides the payment-processing layer and may perform limited merchant-of-record functions for card-network/payment-settlement purposes under its current terms.

LordCheats does not collect or store your complete payment-card number. A browser return page never proves payment. An order is fulfilled only after a valid signed server-side payment notification is received and matched to the order.

Delivery and access period

Digital access begins after verified payment and activation. The customer dashboard displays the activation date and expiry date. Delivery may be delayed while a payment is reviewed, declined, expired, disputed, or awaiting verification.

You are responsible for reviewing the disclosed system requirements before purchase. Support may request non-sensitive diagnostics, but will never request your password, authentication code, or full card number.

Refunds and disputes

The Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. Activated digital licences are generally final except where the product is unfulfilled, materially defective or not as described, or a refund is required by applicable law.

Approved refunds for Whop-processed transactions are returned through the original payment channel using Whop’s payment-processing flow. Do not send a separate direct payment request or disclose complete card details to support.

Availability and updates

Games, operating systems, anti-cheat systems, and third-party services can change without notice. We may pause delivery or compatibility while a product is reviewed or updated. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, this does not create a guarantee of uninterrupted service or permanent compatibility.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend access for fraud, chargeback abuse, credential sharing, licence resale, technical abuse, unlawful activity, or a material breach of these Terms. We may also suspend a listing if the payment provider, acquiring bank, card network, regulator, or rights holder requires review.

Liability and mandatory rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LordCheats is not responsible for publisher account sanctions, indirect loss, loss caused by credential sharing, or incompatibility outside disclosed requirements.

Changes and contact

Material changes will be posted with a new update date. Changes do not retroactively remove mandatory rights. Questions or complaints can be sent to support@lordcheats.com.
